Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pretzel stick(s) or pretzel rolls from the previous day
- 200 g milk
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the rolls. Heat the milk gently and pour over the rolls. Dice the onion and add it along with the eggs. Knead everything lightly and let it rest for about 1 hour. Then form the mixture into dumplings and cook them in boiling salted water until tender.
