Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large baguette(s)
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 bag of mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the baguette into slices and place them on a baking sheet. Clean, wash, and dice the zucchini, peppers, and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly fry the vegetables. Caution: Do not let it boil. Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the mozzarella and fold in. Spread the mixture among the baguette slices and bake briefly until the cheese melts.
