Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 lettuce(s)
- 6 radishes
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 small jar of pickle(s)
- 8 grilled sausages (Nuremberg sausages), cut into pieces
- 2 pretzels, cut into pieces
- some mustard, sweet
- some sunflower oil
- some vinegar
- some cucumber juice
- some salad herbs
- some sunflower seeds
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Trim the lettuce, tear it into small pieces, and place it in a bowl. Chop all other ingredients into small pieces. Add everything except the sausages and pretzels to the salad bowl with the lettuce. For the dressing, combine the pickle juice, oil, vinegar, sweet mustard, salt, pepper, and salad greens and toss with the mixed salad. Fry the sausages and pretzels in separate pans and then add them to the salad while still hot.
