Ingredients

Celery:

  • 1 Breaded fried pork schnitzel
  • 2 Processed cheese slices
  • Tomatoes pickled in oil
  • Barbecue sauce, chilli sauce
  • 50 g Celery
  • White vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Fresh ginger
  • Chilli red
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, place the cheese on the schnitzel (I had small schnitzel, so more than one) and let it melt in the oven.
  • In the meantime, grate the celery, grate some fresh ginger and finely chop and add some chilli (how much of both depends on the degree of spiciness you want). Mix with a dash of vinegar and sesame oil, knead really well, and season with soy sauce.
  • Cut open the pretzel stick and briefly toast the insides on the toaster.
  • When the cheese has melted on the schnitzel, the schnitzel can be placed on the pretzel stick. If you want, you can put barbecue sauce or chilli sauce etc. underneath. Then spread the celery on top and put some pickled tomatoes on top. Place the second half of the pretzel stick on top and the burger is ready 🙂
  • I ate some lamb's lettuce with it.
