Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g hazelnut nougat
- 100 g dark chocolate
- Pistachios, chopped
Instructions

Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the egg yolks and egg whites. Mix the flour and baking powder together and stir in. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 30 minutes. For the filling, cut the hazelnut nougat into small cubes. Scoop out 1 teaspoon of dough from each piece and press it flat, place a hazelnut nougat cube on top and press the dough down over it, then shape it into a ball. This will make about 40 cookies. Chill the cookies for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 8 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave at 600 watts for about 2 minutes. Drop the chocolate over the cookies with a teaspoon and then sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
