Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour type 405
- 250 g wheat flour type 550
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ cube of yeast
- 15 g butter
- 290 ml water, lukewarm
- 45 g baking soda

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for about 3 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Then shape the dough pieces as desired. Meanwhile, bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan and dissolve 45g of baking soda in it. Add the dough pieces to the still-boiling water and let them soak for about 30 seconds. Remove and place them on a prepared baking sheet. If desired, you can sprinkle the dough pieces with coarse salt. Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the finished dough pieces for about 20-25 minutes.
