Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small shallots
  • 2 tsp savory
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil with truffle
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 can green beans
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel the shallots and dice them into small cubes. Add the savory, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix everything with the beans and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then arrange and serve.
