Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large onions (vegetable onions)
- 1 tsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
The onions are sliced into thin rings and mixed with oil, vinegar, the previously finely chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Then refrigerate for about two hours. This salad is perfect for any barbecue, but also goes well with sausage sandwiches.
