Princess Lasagna

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g peas (frozen)
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 0.38 liters of milk
  • 2 tsp broth
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (hard cheese), e.g., Comte
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta with vegetables and ham

Sauté the peas in a little salted water for 1-2 minutes and drain. Wash and trim the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Also cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and lightly fry the flour while stirring. Stir in 3/8 l water, milk and stock. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Grease a baking dish. Spread a little sauce on the bottom. Place 3 pasta sheets on top and layer about 1/4 of the sauce, ham, zucchini, about 1/4 of the sauce and 3 pasta sheets. Spread the remaining sauce on top. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the lasagna. Bake in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C/fan: 175°C/gas mark 3) for about 45 minutes. Garnish with a few reserved peas, if desired.
