Sweet banana soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 bananas
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a little water. No lumps should remain. Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat. Slowly stir in the mixed cornstarch. Bring everything to a boil briefly. Slice the bananas and add them to the liquid. Serve hot and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
