Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, peeled
- 125 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them with the milk. Mix the mixture with the egg yolks and spices, and season to taste. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe rosettes onto a baking sheet brushed with oil. Bake in the oven at high heat (approx. 225-250°C) until the tips are golden brown (approx. 10 minutes).
