Prosecco-Limoncello Granité

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 ml water
  • 60 g sugar
  • 100 ml Prosecco or dry white wine
  • 60 ml liqueur (Limoncello)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

Boil the water and sugar. Add the Prosecco and Limoncello. Freeze overnight in a shallow bowl. The next day, scrape off the ice from the top with a sturdy spoon and serve in cocktail glasses with berries (optionally marinated). You can also serve the granita with Prosecco.
