Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g raspberries
  • 600 g strawberries, peeled and weighed
  • 200 g blackberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Jam made from raspberries, strawberries and blackberries

Place the fruit in a sufficiently large pot and puree with a hand blender or roughly chop with a potato masher. Whichever you prefer. Then stir in the gelling sugar and heat gently for three minutes, stirring continuously. Don’t forget to test for settling! Immediately pour the jam into hot, rinsed jars, seal, and turn upside down for five minutes. Then let it cool and store in a cool, dark place. This will ensure the jam lasts the longest and prevent the color from fading.
