- 30 g ground almonds
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 30 g powder (protein powder whey), flavoring n. B.
- 5 g sweetener or stevia
- 20 g raisins or dried fruits
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 10 g cocoa, n. B.
- n. B. Desiccated coconut
- n. B. Nuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Depending on the type of whey, you may need a little more low-fat curd. Form the mixture into 2-3 bars and refrigerate for 15 minutes. If you like, you can sprinkle some coconut flakes or chopped nuts on top. Tip: If you want a finer texture, you can grind the oats. These bars are easy to vary and can be prepared in advance by combining all the dry ingredients in a screw-top jar and attaching a note to indicate what else needs to be added.
