easy and fast

First, mix the oat and wheat bran with the baking powder and salt. Then, beat the eggs until frothy, and then stir in the quark. Next, mix the dry ingredients with the egg and quark mixture and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180°C – 200°C fan-assisted for about 1 hour. Then, remove the bread from the loaf pan and remove the baking paper. Place the bread in the switched-off oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes. The bread will keep for about a week, but must be refrigerated. The bread is slightly moist, making it super moist.
