Protein bread with chia seeds and amaranth

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat bran
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g puffed amaranth
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix all ingredients and knead thoroughly with your hands. Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 50 minutes. I use the flaxseed version with dates and prunes.
