Minced meat cream sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 60 ml cream
  • 60 ml milk
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 2 ½ tbsp, heaped flour
  • 2 tbsp, heaped butter
  • 100 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco or chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Quick and tasty, with pasta, rice or potatoes

Dice the onion and bell pepper and fry. Add the ground beef and fry. Season everything with salt and pepper. Important: For the cream sauce, first mix 100 ml of water with 2.5 tablespoons of flour until lump-free and set aside. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then gradually add the cream, milk, meat broth, tomato paste, and finally the water-flour mixture. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, Tabasco, or chili and bring to a boil. Add the cream sauce to the ground beef and bring to a boil briefly. We serve it with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
