Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g semolina
- 50 g flour
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 100 g almonds
- 100g porridge
- 10 g sugar
- ¾ tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan and add the semolina. Stir in a teaspoon of cocoa powder and set the semolina aside. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the semolina. If you want it sweeter, add more sugar. Spread the mixture with a tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C (fan assisted) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. Approx. 130 kcal per serving.
