Thoroughly mix the flour, protein powder, and dry yeast. Then add the remaining dough ingredients and knead everything well. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. Flour the work surface, knead the dough again thoroughly, and roll it out into a rectangle. Mix all the filling ingredients together, spread evenly over the dough, and roll it up. Using a piece of string or dental floss, divide the dough into approximately 5 cm wide rolls. Place the rolls upright in a baking dish and baste with a little milk to prevent them from drying out during baking. Bake at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Mix the frosting ingredients and spread them on the slightly cooled cinnamon rolls. Tip: They taste best fresh from the oven.
