- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g protein powder or casein
- 100 ml milk or water

- 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute), optional

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Then microwave at 700W for about 3 minutes – your mug cake is ready! The flavor can be varied depending on the type of protein powder you use.
