Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g kiwi(s)
- 340 g pineapple pieces, lightly sugared from the can
- 30 g powder (protein powder, 5 components – banana, chocolate or vanilla)
- 30 g gelatin powder
- 300 ml water, warm

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Dissolve the gelatin in 300 ml of warm water and chill. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the egg white powder, stir in the pineapple pieces, and stir in the slightly chilled gelatin. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set. Once set, garnish with fresh kiwi slices.
