Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 g flaxseed
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 30 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp, stratified xanthan gum
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
gluten-free, makes 6 pieces
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the dry ingredients. Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks, yogurt, and quark to the dry ingredients. Then beat the two egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Using a tablespoon, drop 6 equal-sized mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
