  • 100 ml Pineapple juice

  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp Oil

  1. Mix 10 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 5 tbsp oil and pepper to a marinade. If you like it spicy, you can also add chilli
  2. Cut the schnitzel into strips and leave to stand in the marinade for 1 hour
  3. Put the meat on wooden skewers and fry until golden brown in the pan. Brush with the marinade each time you turn it. Alternatively, you can bake the skewers in the oven at 200 degrees for almost 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, carefully turn them over and brush with marinade, then they will brown on both sides.
  4. For the peanut sauce, cut the onion into fine cubes and sauté until translucent. Add the peanut butter, sambal oelek, soy sauce and pineapple juice and stir everything together.
