Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g almond flour, defatted
  • 4 eggs, size M
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • n. B. Salt
  • 60 g milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 12 slices

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, quark, and milk and mix everything until smooth. Spread the batter on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Let cool, then cut the slab into 12 slices. Toast before enjoying and top with your favorite toppings. Tip: Lightly coating the parchment paper with oil will make it easier to remove the slab from the parchment paper.
