- 125 ml oil
- 75 ml orange juice
- 200 g olives, green
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 2 tbsp orange peel, grated
- 3 slice(s) orange(s), thin slices

Heat the oil and orange juice. Layer the olives, rosemary, orange zest, and orange slices in a screw-top jar. Pour on the marinade and seal. Keeps for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator!
