Mixed Salad with Honeydew Melon

The perfect mixed salad with honeydew melon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Honeydew melon
  • 2 tbsp Mustard coarse
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Make a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, oil, water, mustard and honey and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Halve the tomatoes.
  4. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  5. Peel the melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and dice.
  6. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces,
  7. Add everything to the dressing, mix well and serve.
