Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter, then gradually stir in the pudding mix and flour. Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls with a fork to create a pattern on the cookies. Bake at 190°C for about 10 minutes.
