Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder of your choice
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 shot of condensed milk, to mix the powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 pinch(s) of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very creamy and delicious

Pour the milk into a saucepan, slowly add the sugar, and then heat. The sugar will gradually melt at the bottom, preventing the milk from burning. Meanwhile, combine the custard powder with a dash of condensed milk and stir into the boiling milk until thickened. Remove from the heat and cool in a cold water bath. Then stir in the egg yolks. Finally, fold in the previously beaten egg whites (a pinch of powdered sugar will speed things up), divide the mixture into portions, and serve well chilled with fruit or sweet sauce.
