Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • Fruits of the season

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring 450 ml of milk to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Combine the remaining milk with the cornstarch, stir into the boiling milk, and allow to thicken. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming on the pudding. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the quark with the cream, and when the pudding has cooled, gradually fold it in. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pureed strawberries or blueberries, for example. Simply puree these in a blender and season with sugar to taste.
