Pudding – Quark Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g quark, 20% or low-fat quark
  • possibly fruits or raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the pudding with 500 ml milk according to the package instructions. Stir the quark into the slightly cooled—but not yet set—pudding. Now add chopped or canned fruit, or raisins soaked in alcohol or fruit juice, to the quark mixture. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the cooled cream. Serve cold. A lower-calorie version: Use skimmed milk (1.5%), only 3 tablespoons of sugar, and Cremefine (Rama) instead of the heavy cream.
