Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 6 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 100 g white chocolate
- 50 ml cream

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat 450 ml of milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch with the remaining milk in a cup. Stir the mixture into the boiling milk, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the hot pudding, stirring until melted. Finally, stir in the cream.
