Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry, frozen, halved
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 80 g chocolate (Toblerone), chopped
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp almonds, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the banana slices diagonally on each pastry sheet. Spread the chocolate on top and top with a tablespoon of crème fraîche. Fold the pastry sheets into a triangle and press the edges together firmly. Brush the pastry pockets with egg yolk, sprinkle with almonds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
