- Cheese, grated, finely chopped chorizo, cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes in oil, wasabi nuts, sesame, olives

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roll out the finished puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and carefully cut into approximately 3 x 3 cm squares. A pizza cutter, for example, is ideal for this. Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg and then top the squares with your desired ingredients. Then bake for 15 minutes at 220°C (top and bottom heat) and enjoy lukewarm or cold.
