- 1 role Puff pastry; finished
- 1 St. Egg yolk
- Grated Emmental
- 1 St. Cookie Cutter, Feet
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry on the paper and fold it up once.
- Brush with egg yolk
- Use the shape to cut out the feet
- With grated. Sprinkle the Emmental on top
- Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 10 to 20 minutes.
