  • 1 role Puff pastry; finished
  • 1 St. Egg yolk
  • Grated Emmental
  • 1 St. Cookie Cutter, Feet

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the puff pastry on the paper and fold it up once.
  • Brush with egg yolk
  • Use the shape to cut out the feet
  • With grated. Sprinkle the Emmental on top
  • Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 10 to 20 minutes.
