Puff pastry cream cheese rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry, rolled up and ready to bake
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 50 g chives, chopped
  • 3 stalk(s) spring onions
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • n. B. Cooked ham, finely chopped, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

It’s super quick and delicious

Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and mix well with the cream cheese, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. If desired, you can also add cooked ham (cut into small pieces) to the mixture. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture evenly. Then roll the dough up the short way. Cut off approximately 2.5 cm pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
