Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 275 g puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 250 g date tomatoes or cocktail tomatoes, small
  • 200 g mozzarella, sliced
  • n. B. Tomato paste for spreading

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 11 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes

prepared in the Philips Airfryer

Cut the fresh puff pastry into small squares, then spread with tomato paste. Distribute tomatoes and mozzarella on each square, then press together to form small pockets. Then bake everything in the air fryer at 200°C for about 11 minutes.
