- 12 cherry tomatoes, preferably yellow
- 6 basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- arugula
- 1 bag of mini mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

quick salad with tomatoes and mozzarella
Place the washed cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Yellow ones are best, as they contain fewer carbohydrates. Add the mini mozzarella and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Finally, garnish the salad with fresh arugula and basil.
