Puff Pastry Gourmet Sticks

- 1 cups Sour cream
- 1 cups Roasted onions
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 1 packet Ham cubes
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the sour cream with the fried onions. Whisk egg yolks with milk.
- Roll up a roll of puff pastry – it is best to leave the paper underneath – and distribute half of the sour cream mixture over half of the puff pastry. Also distribute half of the ham cubes and the grated cheese on top, then fold the uncovered puff pastry side on top. Peel off the paper and brush the dough with the egg yolk / milk mixture and sprinkle with the seeds of your choice. Press the seeds down lightly.
- Cut the puff pastry with a sharp knife into strips approx. 1 cm wide and twist up a little in a spiral. Place the strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack.
- Let the bars cool on a wire rack. —- Proceed in the same way with the 2nd package of puff pastry.
