- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g Chopped dill
- 1 Egg
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll up the puff pastry and brush with the cream cheese. Place the salmon on top and sprinkle with the dill. Roll up into a snail from the long side.
