Zucchini salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the zucchini. Dice the onions. Heat about 3 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onions and zucchini. Drizzle with lemon juice. Let cool. Meanwhile, for the marinade, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, the crushed garlic clove, and seasonings. Pour over the zucchini just before serving. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
