Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sheet(s) of puff pastry (ready-made from the refrigerated section)
  • 1 tsp, stripped salt (Flor de Sal)
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated Parmesan Reggiiano
  • 2 tbsp oil, garlic-chili or oil from pickled tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator about 10-15 minutes before baking and roll it out. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly brush the dough with oil, spread the flor de sal over it, and sprinkle with cheese. Loosely roll the dough from the long side and cut into about 20 pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, and enjoy immediately.
