Puff pastry pieces with pear and Gorgonzola

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
  • 30 g Gorgonzola, spicy
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pear(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Core the pear and slice thinly. Drizzle the puff pastry with honey. Use more or less honey depending on your preference and the sweetness of the pear. I like it best with a little less honey. Spread the pear on the puff pastry and then crumble the Gorgonzola over it. Cut the pastry sheet into equal-sized pieces with a knife. Bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes. It’s best to keep an eye on the baking sheet, as the honey will burn the pastries quickly.
