Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • Tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Pesto
  • Garlic
  • Cheese, grated
  • olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick to make & super tasty

Defrost the puff pastry, make a sauce from the tomato paste, oregano, and pesto, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic if desired. Spread the sauce evenly over the puff pastry slices. Top with olive slices (or salami, ham, or pepper strips) and sprinkle thinly with the cheese. Bake at 215°C for about 15 minutes, until the puff pastry is crispy and the cheese has melted. Once the pizzas have cooled slightly, garnish with plenty of basil. Goes well with a delicious red wine (e.g., Chianti), and the smaller version makes a delicious finger food.
