Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 small head of savoy cabbage
- nutmeg
- ½ liter of water
- 1 cube of soup (clear meat soup)
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onion, and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the trimmed, washed, and sliced savoy cabbage and season with nutmeg. Add the water and stock cubes. Spread the peeled and diced potatoes on top. Cook for 30 minutes, then stir in the grated cheese.
