Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) puff pastry, (frozen)
- 3 tomatoes
- 100 g olives, green or black
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 40 g Parmesan, thinly sliced
- Herbs of Provence
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil. Slice the tomatoes and olives and arrange them on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with spices and herbs. Finally, top the sheets with thinly shaved Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, until the puff pastry has risen and is lightly browned. It also tastes delicious cold!
