- 100 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 150 g pizza cheese, reduced fat
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp sauce (Mexicana sauce)
- n. B. Maggi
- n. B. herbs
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Lay out the puff pastry and preheat the oven according to the package instructions. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Mix the low-fat quark with the Mexicana sauce and season with spices as desired. I used Maggi, various herbs, paprika powder, and curry powder. Spread the quark mixture over the puff pastry and spread it evenly. Then spread the chicken evenly on top and finally sprinkle the cheese on top. Now bake in the oven until the cheese is nicely browned and the puff pastry has risen. For me, it took about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). I also made a delicious salad to go with it. You can also use the leftover quark for the dressing if you have any leftovers.
