Puff Pastry Quiche with Feta

The perfect puff pastry quiche with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Frozen puff pastry
  • 3 Spring onion
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 150 gr Cream casual
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 6 El Frozen peas
  • 125 g Feta
  1. Defrost the dough slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  1. Mix the cream with the two eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  1. Line four ovenproof molds with 1 slice of puff pastry each. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
  1. Spread the spring onions and peas on top. Pour the icing over it. Roughly crumble the feta and sprinkle over it with the onion rings. Bake the quiches in the preheated oven at 175 C. for about 25-30 minutes.
  1. A green salad tastes good with it.
