Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 60 g Parma ham (or other air-dried), mild, otherwise only 40 g
- 125g mozzarella
- 6 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 small garlic clove(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- some thyme
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, roll from the refrigerated section
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Starter or Italian buffet, cold or warm
Lightly oil a muffin tin, cut out circles from the puff pastry (approx. 1 cm larger in diameter) and place them loosely into the holes. (Makes 8). Cut all ingredients into small cubes (seeded tomatoes) and mix well. Fill the muffin tins (topping with seeds) and bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C/fan for about 25 minutes.
