Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry (round) for a baking pan with a diameter of 26 cm
  • 1 can apricot(s)
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground or almonds
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 8 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lightning cake

Cover the puff pastry with the drained apricots and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the glaze together, pour over the apricots, and bake for another 10 minutes.
