Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 2 apples
- ½ jar applesauce
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple, quick apple tart made from puff pastry
Place the puff pastry in a greased or parchment-lined pan and press firmly into the edges. Spread the pastry evenly with a layer of applesauce. Peel the apples and slice them into small wedges. Arrange the apple slices evenly on the pastry. Bake the tart in the oven at 150°C (convection oven) until the apples begin to brown. Sprinkle the tart with vanilla sugar while it’s still warm and let it cool.
